Careers

We're hiring. Here's what makes this different.

Most PT jobs ask you to choose between mentorship and ownership. We don't think you should have to.

PT Progression is a cash-pay, one-on-one practice in South Natick: no aides, no double-booking, no 15-minute units. You'll build real relationships with your clients, follow them from injury through performance, and do the kind of clinical work you went to school to do.

Compensation: $105K to $140K+ for the right fit, with a base plus performance-based growth as your caseload builds. Health insurance, 401(k) match, and other high-quality benefits included. Details below.

What you'll actually be doing

  • One-on-one, full-session care, every visit, every client, no double-booking
  • A caseload that spans rehab through performance training, not just discharge-and-done
  • Direct mentorship from senior clinicians who built this practice from the ground up
  • Access to a fully equipped performance floor most PTs never get to use clinically
"Before making the leap and joining PT Progression, I was considering a career change. I loved being a PT, but burnout was high; my caseload was insane, and my salary had barely increased in several years. Working at PT Progression, things have drastically improved: I control my own schedule, pay is great, and I get to treat clients the way I feel is best in a beautiful facility."

"What if I can't build a caseload?"

If you're coming from a hospital system or a high-volume clinic, this is probably your biggest question, and it's a fair one. Here's how we handle it:

  • You're not starting from zero. New clients come through referrals, a newsletter list of 800+ readers, and strong local search visibility. We bring the pipeline, you bring the care.
  • We co-invest in your caseload growth through your first several months, not just your first few weeks.
  • Compensation is structured to protect you while you build, with upside as your caseload grows. We'll walk you through exactly how this works before you sign anything.

Who does well here

  • Licensed PTs (or soon-to-be-licensed) who want mentorship, not just a paycheck
  • People who take initiative and want a real stake in how their caseload and reputation grow
  • Clinicians who like the idea of blending manual therapy with strength and performance work, not just rehab-and-release

Compensation

$105K to $140K+ for the right fit, with a base plus performance-based growth as your caseload builds.

We're serious about having exceptional clinicians, and we pay for premium care. If you're the kind of PT who wants to do great work and be compensated like it, this is built for you.

Beyond salary: health insurance, 401(k) match, and other high-quality benefits included.
