Golf Performance Training for Wellesley Golfers
If you play out of Wellesley Country Club, Nehoiden at Wellesley College, or one of the area's private clubs, your swing limits usually aren't about lessons. They're about what your body can actually do.
PT Progression is right on the Wellesley line, less than five minutes from Wellesley Center, straight out Route 16 in South Natick. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are TPI-certified to screen exactly what's limiting your swing, whether that's mobility, strength, or an old injury still holding you back, and to build the plan that fixes it.
Wellesley golfers play out of Wellesley Country Club and the nine holes at Nehoiden on the college grounds, and plenty drive to Charles River or Dedham. Different courses, same body on the first tee.
What to expect
-
The screen
Swing mechanics, movement quality, joint and soft-tissue mobility, and your orthopedic history, so we know your real capabilities and limits.
-
Your plan
Strength, mobility, and range-of-motion work built for your body, or physical therapy first if the screen finds something that needs it.
-
The bridge
Every screening clinician holds the Titleist Performance Institute certification, so your plan speaks the same language as your coach. Full details on the Golf Performance page.
